π BEANS – I canβt stress it enough. Beans are an incredibly healthy food with fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. There is such as wide variety of options and so many recipes you can make with them!
π NUT BUTTERS – Look for natural nut butters! They are delicious on toast, on fruit and paired with some veggies!
π PROTEIN POWDERS – I usually always recommend food first vs. supplements. But protein powders can absolutely be part of a healthy, balanced plant-based diet. I typically use my protein powder for smoothies after a workout.
