If you are like me, then you may be in the market for a new vegetarian vitamin. I am sure that you have come across as many articles as I have, all stating that the best option is a vegan vitamin. However, you may not always agree. So, I thought I would write this brief article to answer any other vegans who may be reading, that there are actually other types of supplements that you can take that provide the same benefits as a vegan vitamin.
First off, lets start with the most common type of supplement, the Vegan Vitamin. Now, this is actually very beneficial, but only if you are consuming foods that are rich in vegan proteins. By the time you get through this article, you will be an expert on this topic and can easily educate your vegan friend about why it is so important that they take a vegan protein powder. You will also know where to find it, how concentrated it is, and why it is so important for our health.
My next tip would be to tell you about the Vegan Vitamin E. There is a little known fact about Vegan Vitamin E. That is that it can give you the same benefits (of Vitamin A) that you would get from eating one ounce of oily fish. The Vegan Vitamin E also has the added benefit of being a great antioxidant. Now, I’m not talking about eating the small amount of Vegan Vitamin E that you will get from eating a handful of chia seeds, nor am I saying that Vegan Vitamin E is better than regular Vitamin E. What I am saying is that Vegan Vitamin E has a higher amount of antioxidants in comparison to regular Vegan Vitamin E.
I also want to tell you about Vegan Vitamin C. Vegan Vitamin C has been proven as being superior to Regular Vitamin C. Vegan Vitamin C has been proven to aid in helping to reduce the signs of premature aging. This Vegan Vitamin C supplement may help slow down the aging process by up to 12%, which is considerably better than some other vitamin C supplements that claim to slow the aging process by only having a 5% effect. What makes Vegan Vitamin C so amazing is that it contains no animal products whatsoever. Vegan Vitamin C does contain Vitamin C but it does contain other helpful nutrients like biotin, iron, niacin, riboflavin and Vitamin B6. Vegan Vitamin C is therefore superior to regular Vitamin C.
Last but not least, I want to tell you about Vegan Iron. Vegan Iron is very similar to standard Iron Supplements. Vegan Iron has a lot more benefits however. For example Vegan Iron contains an abundance of healthy iron amino acids that work hand in hand with other nutrients such as biotin, riboflavin, niacin and Vitamin B6 to help slow down the aging process. Vegan Iron also helps increase the absorption of calcium into the body as well as aiding in proper bone growth and development.
Last but not least, I want to tell you about Vegan Salt. Vegan Salt is made from unrefined sea salt and has been shown to benefit your health in a variety of ways. If you are a vegan and still want to take a standard all natural supplement, then consider taking Vegan Salt.
If you do not already take supplements, it is probably best for you to take Vegan Vitamin and Vegan Iron. These two supplements will increase your good cholesterol levels while reducing your bad cholesterol. Vegan Vitamin E is also beneficial and I highly recommend using Vegan Vitamin B12 and Vegan Vitamin C. Also keep in mind that there are many healthy foods that are also free of synthetic chemicals and additives. Therefore, I urge you to keep in mind that it is always better to eat organic, whole foods that are good for you and your body rather than using a supplement that might have negative side effects on your body and health.
There are also a couple of products that I would suggest as well if you are a vegan. First, I would recommend Protein Solid Gold for increasing your probiotics while helping to increase your healthy levels of biotin, (vitamin H), iron, folate (vitamin Folic Acid) and vitamin B12. Second, I would recommend Garden of Life Vanilla Chai Tea, which comes with a special blend of exotic and super-hot Indian spices including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, nutmeg, vanilla and Cayenne pepper. Both of these supplements are excellent if you take a daily vegan diet.
