Personally, the only nutrient supplement I’ve taken in my nearly 9 years as a vegan is B12. I will certainly let you know if that changes, but as of now, I my bases are well covered by diet. But definitely no judgement if you choose to supplement to make sure your nutrient bases are covered, just be wise and take care of yourself!!
