Green smoothie:
orange juice
frozen banana
spinach
ice
hemp seeds/chia seeds
optional: scoop of unflavoured protein powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Instant Pot Red Lentil Pasta:
3 cups dry pasta
2 cups broth or water
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
2/3 cup dry red lentils
1 cup canned coconut milk
2 tsp mixed italian herbs
salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in the instant pot. Cook on “manual” for 6 minutes. Release steam manually, then stir and add spinach, hummus, nutritional yeast (if using).
